Pregnancy is a very special time. Your body will be undergoing rapid changes and some quite unexpected ones as well.

Tooth decay is usually known for its symptoms; terrible toothache, blackening of the tooth, the crumbling of tooth structures, gaping holes in the enamel and foul breath to top it all off. But what is tooth decay? Many people have some vague idea, that bacteria causes it, but how, why and what can be done to prevent it are frequently very misinformed. Here below I will present a blow by blow of what tooth decay is, what it isn’t, how it works, and how it can be stopped.

I seem to have a problem. If my mouth gets dry, or when I am out drinking or if I stay up late (I work freelance, so sometimes I have to stay up late) a sore appears around my top right canine. This sore is basically just a rough patch of skin and there is no discharge at all. BUt aorund it on the cheeks and near my canine small blisters tend to appear.

“I come to you with a very serious problem. I am experiencing tiny little sores in my mouth, they are little raised red bumps which are painful and sore, and sometimes bleed a little. There are 3 or 4 of them on my gums, and they do not bother me much, but sometimes they can swell and be painful. Usually they do not hurt, but they sting a little when I use mouthwash.
